NOTES:
Please note that to qualify for the Early Bird Rate, all payments must be postmarked by October 20th, 2023.
Lodging at camp includes all meals, from January 4th at Dinner till January 7th at lunch.
Cancellation Policy:
- Before Oct 20, 2023: 100% refund (-10€ cheque fee)
- Between Oct 20-Dec 1, 2023: 70% refund (-$15€ bank fee)
- After Dec 1, 2023: no refund
