NOTES:
Please note that to qualify for the Early Bird Rate, all payments must be postmarked by October 30th, 2024
Lodging at camp includes all meals, from January 3rd at Dinner till January 6th at lunch.
Cancellation Policy:
- Before Oct 30, 2024: 100% refund (-$15€ bank fee)
- Between Oct 30-Dec 1, 2024: 70% refund (-$15€ bank fee)
- After Dec 1, 2024: no refund
